Crazy Schedule

Normal Monday.  Mama at work, Colin with Rachel, Roo at school.  Dada drove in so he should be home earlier today. Gram Henry is catching up on her house.

Here are a few pictures from over the weekend.  We finally had a great dump of good snow, which allowed Dada, Roo, Colin and Grammie (a.k.a. "Henry") to make some great snow-people.  Due to a corn syrup incident, Mama was curled up on the couch during these pictures, but enjoyed the view!  Hope you do, too!

Over the Weekend...

Friday night, Mama was not home for Feland Family Fun Night!  She was out with a group of fantastic women discussing the arts, our kids and the merits of Disney over historical forced marches for children under the age of nine.

Roo, Collie, Dada and Gram indulged in Chinese food and Mickey Mouse "Villains in the House of Mouse!"

Saturday involved activities of the snowy sort as evidenced by the middle panel.  Later that evening, much fun was had by all as we hosted Maddie, Ben and Nate Blodgett for an overnight stay.  Pizza, pirates, cupcakes and Wii sports filled out the evening with a big Dada breakfast starting Sunday off.

Roo is in his first communion classes every Sunday morning at 8:45, which meant an early rising for everyone and an early departure.  Laerte Sunday saw us celebrating the mid-point of Lent.

In the early afternoon we traveled ALL THE WAY across the street to enjoy an evening at the Pearsons, complete with long-roasted pulled pork/slaw sandwiches, fruit salad, Mama's brownies and plenty of wonderful conversation.

The evening ended with Roo reading Narnia (now in the third book!) and Collie snuggling into stories of dinosaurs and Thomas.
